Job Title Resident Advocate Department Resident Services Position Description As a Resident Advocate (RA) you will be responsible for providing direct services and support to the residents of our Domestic Violence Shelter. RAs work directly with victims of domestic violence and will be responsible for answering the crisis hotline, new resident intakes, facility orientations, problem resolution and life and social skill classes. Additionally, you will provide guidance regarding available services and assist resident with the daily aspects of their stay. High School Diploma or GED.
