Benefits

S.A.F.E. House recognizes the importance of providing benefits to our employees.  We have established a variety of programs, which are designed to, among other things, assist our employees and their eligible dependents in meeting the financial burdens, which often result from illness and disability.

Currently, S.A.F.E. House offers the following health and welfare benefits to our regular full-time employees:

S.A.F.E. House believes that its employees are the key to what makes a great organization.  While work makes up a large portion of an employee's life, we believe that a balance between work and play is essential in maintaining quality performance and a fun atmosphere in which we work. To help foster this concept, S.A.F.E. House has designed paid time off plan that includes:

This section of our website highlights some features of our benefits program.  S.A.F.E. House's official master contracts and plan documents are available in Human Resources.  If information in this Handbook and our summary plan descriptions contradicts information in these master contracts or master plan documents, the master contracts/documents shall govern in all cases.
